IDF Eurasia successfully made the offer for bonds of Online Microfinance BO-01 LLC

Online Microfinance LLC (Moneyman brand, part of IDF Eurasia) has successfully made the offer for exchange bonds of BO-01 series (issue identification number-4B02-01-00459-R dated April 26, 2019).

This issue was placed in May last year and has a three-year term of circulation with an offer in a year. The nominal value is 1,000 rubles. At the request of the owners, a part of the bond issue was purchased on May 26, 2020. The number of securities submitted for purchase was 27,265 out of 300,000 previously placed (or 27,265,000 rubles out of 300 million rubles in monetary terms, respectively).

“High use of debt funding sources remains one of the key tools for us to scale and grow our business. The offer was not used by bondholders with a total amount of 272.7 million rubles. This fact speaks for itself, confirming the high level of investor confidence. The highest level of credit quality of the company was also confirmed on May 22, 2020 by assigning a credit rating of Expert RA at ruBB+. Today, this is the highest rating among all issuers of the microfinance sector” said Boris Batine, co-founder of IDF Eurasia.
