IDF Eurasia ranked first among mobile apps

According to a survey conducted by Brobank.ru about the rating of the best mobile apps of microfinance organizations as of the beginning of 2020, Moneyman (the IDF Eurasia Group)* ranked first.

The ranking was based on the ratings of mobile apps placed in Google Play and AppStore. It seems logical, since in terms of objectivity the ultimate solution is to take into account the opinions of direct users, whom the functions were developed for.

It is noteworthy that Moneyman leads the rating not only in terms of mobile position rating with 4.7 points, but also in terms of the number of customer reviews — Moneyman is four times ahead of its nearest competitor in this parameter. In this regard, it is necessary to note high activity of Moneyman users and their willingness to share their opinions, experience and wishes for continuous improvement of the mobile app.

Irina Khoroshko, CEO of IDF Eurasia in Russia:

“In the present situation, market participants providing online services have clearly found themselves in a win-win situation. First, offline loan offices do not work during the self-isolation regime. Secondly, companies receive a part of new customers from among those who were previously served exclusively offline. It is doubly important to ensure maximal usability and transparency in everything related to the service channels for borrowers, especially for the mobile app. This will contribute for new customers’ loyalty and subsequent successful interaction with them in the long term.”
