On October 16, 2020, a solemn ceremony of awarding the laureates of the 11th Annual Award “Consumer Rights and Quality of Service” was held.
The award was initiated by the Social Projects Foundation and is held in cooperation with the Association of Internet Trade Companies, The Retail Companies Association, the Russian Association of Retail Market Experts, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation and others.
This award is an annual socially significant award presented to the most successful projects in the field of consumer rights and improving the quality of service. As part of it, IDF Eurasia (Moneyman brand) became a laureate in “Retail Services” nomination, in “Online Lending” category. Irina Khoroshko, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of IDF Eurasia in Russia:
“This award means a lot to us, as it is a clear confirmation of the high quality of our approach as a lender to respecting client rights. Adhering to the principles of responsible lending and transparency in our work, we pay great attention to this issue. And our responsible attitude here is not limited to the availability of technical support in 24/7 mode. So, two years ago we implemented the institution of our own financial ombudsman. In addition to reviewing appeals, it also conducts awareness-raising activities. This allows us to provide clients with expert support on an individual basis, as well as improve their level of financial literacy.”
