In 2003, Boris Batine graduated with honors The University of Cambridge in England. He has an extensive investment banking background. Then received MA degree. Boris has a Ph.D. in Economics.
Prior to starting IDF Eurasia with another co-founder Alexander Dunaev, he held several top management positions from deputy director of capital market division to vice-president in Deutsche Bank Group in London, Renaissance Capital and Royal Bank of Scotland.
Boris is fond of wakeboarding and snowboarding, participates in sport events on marathon race, swimming and triathlons.
In 2007, Alexander Dunaev graduated with honors bachelor degree from the University of Warwick with a degree in economics.
In 2008, he received a master’s degree from the Imperial College London with a degree in mathematical finance.
Prior to starting IDF Eurasia with another co-founder Boris Batine, he held various positions at Deutsche Bank Group in London. Mr. Dunaev led a group of strategic transactions in Russia and the CIS. Alexander was engaged in issuance of convertible public and hybrid instruments by Russian issuers and providing private Lombard and derivative financing.
Alexander is a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA).
Kate Kazak graduated from Faculty of Mathematical Methods in Economics at The Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics.
Kate began her career as an analyst at Experian Decision Analytics. She headed the analysts at Experian in Russia and the CIS. Since October 2010, she has worked in the Central European region (Experian Österreich GmbH) as a senior consultant for the management of analytical direction in Russia and the CIS.
Kate has extensive experience in the creation and adjustment of scoring models in the full credit cycle, configuration and management of decision-making systems.
She occupies IDF Eurasia team as Chief Risk Officer.
Olga Kenya is a specialist in finance with over 10 years of experience. Graduated with honors from the Economics Faculty of Nosov MSTU, received a second degree in law in the RANEPA. She has experience in auditing according to RSA and IFRS. At IDF Eurasia, Olga heads the region’s finance department.
In 2012, Irina Khoroshko graduated from the Economics Department of the Plekhanov Russian University of Economins. Having started her career as an underwriter in a bank, Irina then became a portfolio analyst. In 2013, she took the position of a portfolio risk manager for a Moneyman startup. Since January 2018, she is a CEO of MoneyMan.ru
Irina Razumovskaya graduated from Moscow Stat Law Academy in major “Science of Law”, has more than 20 years’ professional experience of legal support. She held leading and senior management positions at the Bank MENATEP, JSC, JSCB Interprombank, Moscow Industrial and Investment Company, OJSC, ROSPROM, CJSC, National Bank TRUST, OJSC. She joined the company in 2014.
He graduated from the faculty of Economics of A.M. Gorky Ural State University in major “Public Relations” and “Accounting and Audit”. For a long time, he worked in the banking and leasing sphere, where held various leading positions. In November 2019, he took charge of the marketing area at the IDF Eurasia in Russia. He is keen on traveling and sport.
Anatoly Golubev graduated from Saint Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance, faculty of Statistics, Accounting and Economic Analysis.
From 2007, he worked at the international audit company KPMG, has also the team-leading experience at the major international and financial technological companies.
Since October 1, 2019, he has been working as the CFO of the IDF Eurasia in Russia.
Anton Fedorov graduated from the faculty of Finance and Banking of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.
He embarked upon his career in the banking sector in the area of risk management, and later on got into the risk technologies and portfolio analysis.
In March 2019, he joined the team of the IDF Eurasia as the Deputy Chief Risk Officer in Russia, since November 2019, he has been holding position of the Chief Risk Officer of the IDF Eurasia in Russia.
Alexey graduated from Bauman Moscow State Technical University фы an engineer. In 2008, he passed a retraining program in the investment analyses at MFPU «Synergy».
He worked as a risk manager in such international banks as Home Credit and Finance Bank, Credit Europe Bank, Volkswagen Bank RUS. In 2016, he joined the IDF Eurasia team as the CRO of the company’s projects in Kazakhstan.
He is fond of swimming, loves the classical theater.
Kirill graduated from the Faculty of Journalism of Moscow State University of Lomonosov, majoring in New Media and Theory of Mass Communications
He worked in PR and advertising areas, led a design studio in a bank. From working with financial products UX&UI , he moved to product management in general, launched projects for retail management at YotaDevices and AmmoPay.
He is fond of cross-fit and sailing, participates in amateur regattas.
Maxim graduated from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation with a degree in finance and credit. In 2012, he received an MBA degree in strategic financial management. Before joining IDF Eurasia Maxim led the financial departments of Russian largest banks for more than 15 years. He is fond of swimming, brings up three daughters.
He graduated from the faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics of M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University. He participated in the projects Freshtel (communications service provider), DOC+ (RBC Award “Startup of the Year” in 2017), Headhunter (IPO in 2019), etc. as the marketing expert and analyst. Since the middle of 2019, he has been managed marketing of such projects as Moneyman and Solva in Kazakhstan. He is keen on football, plays for the team of the ID Finance in the corporate league.
He graduated from the Law Institute of the Academy of the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in major “lawyer, legal expert”, and the Eurasian Institute of Market. He worked at the investigator in the investigative forces of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Kazakhstan.
Since 2006, he has been working in the commercial sector. He worked as the lawyer in the Banking Group Valut-Transit — MCO (MFO), then the employee of the economic safety service at the Bank Subsidiary Sberbank of Russia Kazakhstan. In UniCredit Group — ATF Bank, he became the head of the restructuring and workout collection subdivision (corporate business, retail, and small and medium business). Hobby: sambo, judo, boxing.
He graduated from the faculty of Law of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University in major Jurisprudence. He worked in the area of execution of judgments as the Court Administrator of the city of Almaty in the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He worked at the legal department of the collection agency. He was involved with the workout collection from individuals and legal entities. At present, he works as the Head of the Legal Department of Solva in Kazakhstan. He is keen on sport.
